I was very discouraged and decided to take care of her myself for the last three months until my mother told me about Heather. I wasn't very hopeful, as the last few times I dropped Lainey off, both groomers called me back before I could get home, but Heather took the time to learn Lainey's language and understand her fear. As a full time therapist in the mental health field, Heather actually implements similar skills used in treating individuals anxiety disorders. The environment is truly calming for your dog, they get personalized treatment without having to be kenneled, which can also promote anxiety/negative reinforcement. I have found a true gem and my doggy was so happy and beautiful when I returned! We are extremely grateful for Heather.

I finally found this place and haven't been anywhere else since. The vets are not only knowledgeable, kind and true animal lovers, they have more than reasonable prices. The staff, OH My, they are wonderful! So kind, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Every single person in this clinic was made for taking care of your beloved pets, and are the best the industry has to offer. This clinic reminds me of home at the clinic I worked at for 15 years. They are by far the best place I've found in Ohio. We travel a good distance to get here, and its worth every minute and every penny spent 10 fold.

Dr is thorough, staff is attentive. After a few regular visits, they’ve definitely become familiar with my dogs personality and quirks (requires quite a bit of extra handling) and have been more than happy to accommodate all of our more challenging requirements.
My pup even has a bestie over there which he always lights up when seeing (he actually gets his excitement shivers whenever he sees her).
So they are definitely dog approved as well.

4686 OH-231, TiffinI love them. I have 3 dogs and drive from Willard, separately, just to see them. They never make me feel stupid with my questions etc. Never take us for granted. They seem priced fairly, as well. I've ran into a few that where way more expensive than others. We've seen Dr. From Tiffin, Willard, New Washington and on. And we think Edenwood is the best.
