“We made an appt. to have a passport picture taken, and didn’t have the forms (tip: don’t use the sites online for this - it looks like you are filing a passport application, but really they are just charging “for helping you” fill it out)…. The staff allowed us to fill out the form, and run to the health dept. to get a birth certificate!! They were SO nice, understanding and patient!!”
