“My family and I had an outstanding experience with Jacques Coleman at Reineke Ford of Tiffin. With my son heading back to college in two weeks and his car suddenly having issues, Jacques took the time to listen, understood the urgency, and respected our price range. The very next day, he followed up with thoughtful options—zero pressure, just genuine care.
What truly sets Jacques apart is his integrity and consistency. He communicates clearly, follows through on every detail, and treats you like a person—not a transaction. His professionalism, patience, and sincerity made the entire process smooth and stress‑free.
Jacques delivered a level of attentiveness that stands out in today’s automotive market. We left feeling confident, supported, and genuinely valued. I highly recommend Jacques Coleman and Reineke Ford of Tiffin. You can trust them to take great care of you.”
“Excellent service!! I stopped in with a flat tire that had a valve stem leak. They got me in immediately and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Super friendly, great and really quick service.”
“Andrew and his staff is fantastic!!!
They completed a job that another company could not complete.
They did it in a timely fashion. If you get a chance give Andrew and the crew a chance!!!”

“Many people recommended that I use this shop for my auto repair needs. Turned out there wasn't an issue at all and Dave told me so. This says a lot. Honesty is what everyone wants. Thanks Dave. I will be back for any future services that I need.”
