They have lost now 2 of my packages and saying oh you must have gotten scammed Knowing damn freaking well they lost my packages I was suppose to get a package today and well guess what LOW AND BEHOLD I DON"T HAVE IT. I am getting really freaking mad that they are loosing my packages.

Good experiences at this Tippen branch in Pensacola. But the USPS automatic menu system is a problem, I had to continually reply to menu choices options again and again. I made it clear that I was waiting to talk to representative. Finally after 12+ minutes I was given the option of a CALL BACK at my phone number. I understand menu options can help some people but after I clearly repeated many times that I was waiting to talk to a representative, I don't need constant menu choices and options. If I don't reply to these options the phone call will probably end, and then I will have wasted my time up to that point.

If there were a local number to call for concerns, questions, etc it would be a 5 star rating but because you have to physically go to the post office to find out about any and all postal needs….. no matter how big or small, being able to make a simple phone call to resolve certain issues would be soooooo much more beneficial and convenient.

I am a patient person but I am always more than upset of their automated system. There needs to be a more direct line to get ahold of customer service/technical support. Expected to spend at minimum 10 minutes just to get your call routed to the correct department and wait another 20-40 minutes on hold.

Can I rate this NEGATIVE 5 stars?? They are the WORST post office around northern Ohio. Absolutely RUDE, snobby, all act like they hate their job! Oh and if you ask them a question you better have 5 good reasons played out as to why you need an answer to your question! They also pretend to do things that they don't really do. This is a UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, mail is considered FEDERAL! DO BETTER!!!!

Was supposed to have a delivery today and was home all day. They claimed they left a missed me message and didn’t deliver it. There no message anywhere on my property and my package isn’t here. Didn’t ever know they were here until I checked the order on MY PHONE BECAUSE ITS BEEN A WEEK. I would leave no stars if possible.

Dont call the 800 number. Takes minutes to begin the extension selection process and then you will not get a live person. I want to speak to a live representative off of one extension, not 10 minutes of waiting for their automated service to talk my ear off.
