Went to the post office after having multiple packages and pieces of mail being stolen or not delivered. Explained the situation and they laughed at me. Worst experience at the post office. Shouldn’t have multiple employees laughing at me when my stuff is getting stolen.

We made an appt. to have a passport picture taken, and didn’t have the forms (tip: don’t use the sites online for this - it looks like you are filing a passport application, but really they are just charging “for helping you” fill it out)…. The staff allowed us to fill out the form, and run to the health dept. to get a birth certificate!! They were SO nice, understanding and patient!!

They have lost now 2 of my packages and saying oh you must have gotten scammed Knowing damn freaking well they lost my packages I was suppose to get a package today and well guess what LOW AND BEHOLD I DON"T HAVE IT. I am getting really freaking mad that they are loosing my packages.

Good experiences at this Tippen branch in Pensacola. But the USPS automatic menu system is a problem, I had to continually reply to menu choices options again and again. I made it clear that I was waiting to talk to representative. Finally after 12+ minutes I was given the option of a CALL BACK at my phone number. I understand menu options can help some people but after I clearly repeated many times that I was waiting to talk to a representative, I don't need constant menu choices and options. If I don't reply to these options the phone call will probably end, and then I will have wasted my time up to that point.

If there were a local number to call for concerns, questions, etc it would be a 5 star rating but because you have to physically go to the post office to find out about any and all postal needs….. no matter how big or small, being able to make a simple phone call to resolve certain issues would be soooooo much more beneficial and convenient.

I am a patient person but I am always more than upset of their automated system. There needs to be a more direct line to get ahold of customer service/technical support. Expected to spend at minimum 10 minutes just to get your call routed to the correct department and wait another 20-40 minutes on hold.
