“I stopped in to get some more information about a trade in and upgrade to a new phone. The rep was very willing to help and explained everything to a T. I didn’t wait at all and couldn’t be happier with the information I received. I have had sales reps try to lead me down the incorrect path before and am always cautious when dealing with them lol. This was definitely not the case here! I would have purchased the new phone that day but they would have had to order it because it was a higher storage capacity and I’d have to wait 2 days. I thanked her for her time and by the end of the day, I had let my lack of patience take over and found the phone at another local store. The rep followed up with me in a couple days to see if I had any questions and I informed her of my hasty decision. She totally understood and thanked me for my time. I was pretty impressed and highly recommend!”
