“Signature bank on salvania Avenue, if you haven't been into that bank, you're missing out, it is the most beautiful place you will ever walk into, you will walk in and you think you're in Donald Trump's house, everything is so. Mattially positioned the chairs are button, tuck leather with gold plated handles. It is something out of a magazine and there's a candy dish with sugar and for diabetics at a lady that greets you as you walk in. And the tellers know me by name, I don't have to even give him my Driver's license. They know me and I ask him, do you need my Driver's license or my account number. They know already? They take care of you, they ask you, do you want this in the envelope? How do you want the bills. I love the bank. I just like to sit there and hang out for a while and have a cup of coffee. Which they have hot chocolate, coffee, chicken broth, whatever, yeah, you can just sit down and relax. .”

“Many thanks to teller Sandy who went above and beyond her expected service to retrieve my cash from the hungry ATM, she could have called it a day and made me wait for days until the next balance to get my money back, but judging by the looks of the bills, she dug the crinkled, crumpled wad of cash from the jaws of death. “The bank is small and quaint. Very clean inside and the staff was very helpful and polite. The whole transaction took about 3 minutes. Very fast and efficient. This has to be one of the nicest Huntington bank I have been in. Parking is in the back of the location. They took good care to make sure it was a private transaction even beyond talking low. 5 Star experience”
“After the fuel injection system broke down in my car, I needed an emergency repair loan. I first went to my bank, but because they’re more on the conservative side, they declined me. (although I had a solid credit score, my DTI ratio was apparently a little high) Yet they suggested I try something I had never considered before: a credit union.
Sun Federal Credit Union was literally my first choice and I was very fortunate to have Brooke as my lending representative. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, she was affable too. I learned so much about credit unions along with some sharp financial tips from this awesome lady.

“Lisa Lorigan is the BEST office manager there. I love going to her. She's extremely helpful, kind, doesn't rush you and helps w/everything you need, no matter the situation. She finds out answers if she doesn't know them \u0026 points you in the right direction. Kristine is a teller there. She's been there for years. She's nice, kind, outgoing and been very helpful to me and my family. As far as banking goes it's been one of the best places I've ever gone to. I've used Huntington on Laskey and WILL NEVER go back. They gave out our personal information when they weren'tsupposed to! And my family has had unfriendly office employees from there as well. Credit Unions are much better. I also like Glass City Federal Credit Union I've used them in the past for years as well.. but Directions is now my one stop for everything Loans, credit cards etc!! Thank you Lisa ffg or taking care of me and my entire family!”
