From many years ago, Best Buy has skyrocketed their customer service. Not in a nagging way, either. Legit helpful people who have genuine smiles. The company has clearly made this a priority, possibly due to online competition or feedback, regardless it's evident. Best buy is one of the last quintessential brick and mortar places to look at product before you buy. Places like Walmart, Target etc have departments for electronics, but the staff and selection is subpar. There's convenience of picking up a product in-store on the same day. Looking at your potential purchase in reality feels good.

Took a while to get someone to help but the one guy that did help was helping others and then did help while others were doing nothing or hiding. Wish I could remember his name for a shot out but he was really helpful getting our TV. He had glasses.

I came to buy/look at an open boxed item. After looking at the item, it was in such a shape that i did not even want it at open box price. Out of curiosity, I asked for the price hoping it would be below even the online price due to condition. It was listed for $30 more than online and Best Buy would not match online price. I could have purchased online, for in-store pickup at price listed online. I will NEVER be back to Best Buy.

Had terrible customer service.. the man in the home gaming system area tried to bs his way through a question I had about headphones which was obvious.. then I went to check out with the headphones I decided that was best and found about 9 best buy employees around 4 checkout stations mostly standing around for about ten minutes with the same customers at each one finally one is finished with a customer and I walk up to the
register they just walk up and leave and don't say a word.. absolutely terrible.. i sat $359 pr of headphones down and left!

Came in for a micro SD card. Was assisted and sold a regular SD card with no accompanying micro SD cars. It's very inconvenient because I am an over the road trucker and needed it for my dash cam and can't just run back and exchange it. It's hard enough purchasing products you can't use, but I don't have time to come back and go through the trouble of fixing the mistakes of the customer service agent.

Ordered a Xbox Series X online for pickup at 4, gave them 2 hours to “pick” out the Xbox and they told me it would be ready by the time I got there. I get there and they told me the order hasn’t been “processed” yet even though the money came out of my bank account already. I was given 2 options, cancel the order and buy a new one or wait 15-20 minutes so they can “push it through”. I said I would wait and I had time. About 5 minutes later I get the notification that my order was canceled. Nobody told me, the manager (I assume?) then looks at me and walks out the door. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve EVER had. Only reason for the 2 stars is because of the young lady who actually apologized to me who was a 3rd party in all of this. Last time I visit Best Buy!

Prolly one of the worst best buys I have ever been to I waited an hour and a half to buy a PC and after I was waiting someone finally came up to us and we looked at 3 different PCs and every single one was out. I would not come here workers don't care about the people even if they are spending 2k at there store.
