“Amazing place, very professional. Was concerned a little due to my own nightmare with getting electronics fixed. This place saved me over 1000$ easy! My phone had broken right before trade in ( was not my fault but an electronics issue). Owner gave me a fixed price to get my phone booted up and just working barley enough to trade in. Owners son had worked on my phone all week! They honestly could have charged more but did not. As a struggling student by myself this means everything. “I broke my phone yesterday and had to get another one. They agent's were not helpful when I called the headquarters from a friend's phone. They could only send an access code to the broken phone, which was no help at all!! I went to the Cherry Street location very frustrated and met Ralph who saved the day. Unlike the agents Ralph was very professional, cordial and understanding of my problem. With his help and concern I was able to get into my account and purchase a new phone. He was also kind enough to show me how to get my saved information off Google. If you have a similar problem or any phone needs, I highly recommend you go see Ralph at the Metro PC on Cherry Street!”
