“My daughter has a Samsung flip phone that got bent the wrong way, screen was shot. I called here first after reading reviews, and then called some other places, just to price shop. I understand it's not an easy fix, but the other places were just trying to talk me out of it and quoting some pretty high prices. Adam didn't do that, he explained the process, and quoted a very reasonable price for the fix. While replacing the main screen, the other one broke. They called me right away to tell me, and fixed that one at no extra cost. Honest, straightforward, and reasonable prices. Thank you so much!”

2040 Ottawa River Rd, Toledo OH 43611
“Easily one of the best phone buying experiences I've had. I already knew what I wanted coming in, so I was bracing for the usual sales pitch trying to steer me elsewhere and that never happened. Cassidy was refreshingly easy to work with, genuinely knowledgeable, and kept the whole thing fun without being over the top. He gave me tips on cases and screen protectors I actually hadn't thought of, and offered to help with anything I needed even after leaving the store. If you need a new phone, this is the place to go. Ask for Cassidy”

“Amazing place, very professional. Was concerned a little due to my own nightmare with getting electronics fixed. This place saved me over 1000$ easy! My phone had broken right before trade in ( was not my fault but an electronics issue). Owner gave me a fixed price to get my phone booted up and just working barley enough to trade in. Owners son had worked on my phone all week! They honestly could have charged more but did not. As a struggling student by myself this means everything. They know what they are doing.God bless this business!”

“I broke my phone yesterday and had to get another one. They agent's were not helpful when I called the headquarters from a friend's phone. They could only send an access code to the broken phone, which was no help at all!! I went to the Cherry Street location very frustrated and met Ralph who saved the day. Unlike the agents Ralph was very professional, cordial and understanding of my problem. With his help and concern I was able to get into my account and purchase a new phone. He was also kind enough to show me how to get my saved information off Google. If you have a similar problem or any phone needs, I highly recommend you go see Ralph at the Metro PC on Cherry Street!”

“I have been with AT&T for over twenty years. It bothers me that these telecommunications companies do not really have to provide competition or incentive to retain you as customers. If I felt I could get a better “deal” from a competitor, I would have left AT&T years ago. That changed last week. My phone had been lost/stolen last week and I needed a replacement, the sales associate, Tim S. at the AT&T Franklin Park Mall, Toledo Ohio, could not have been more helpful or sympathetic. He got me a good deal on an upgrade, made excellent recommendations, and expedited the whole process. Great Salesman. AT&T you should give Tim S. A raise, bonus and a promotion, He just saved you a customer.”

Thank you Olivia?❤ so much for your help and getting me figured out,as it's been a long frustration on service and updates.Thank you for making sense out of sensibility, Kudos to you Olivia and all the other staff and that's out there helping people.”
