Clearly no one at CVS corporate cares about these reviews. My review has very little to do with the store itself, just customer service from the pharmacy to the corporate line. Everyone plays hit potato and not a damn thing gets accomplished. Awful customer service.

Always a 45 minute wait. If you call your on hold 45 minutes. if you pre order and use the drive thru, 45 minutes. if you bring in a new script, 45 minutes. I wish I could go anywhere else!! I cant wait to change insurance plans.

Tried to get ahold of someone in Pharmacy and was “on hold” for over 40 minutes and finally hung up. This happens ALL the time!! I know everyone is short staffed however patient medication questions and unwillingness to answer the phone are problematic! If I could have given half a star I would have ??
