What an absolute joke of a pharmacy! Line wrapped around the building in cars and people. Pharmacist who are standing with their hands in their actual pockets or chatting between cars, 0 scenes of urgency. Waited 50 minutes for a script that was ready to go. Every single person except for the manager was walking and acting like a snail. Y’all should feel so ashamed, choose a different line of work if you can’t find fulfillment and urgency in your work. It’s not hard to grab a bag and scan it and send people on their way. Shameful and ghetto all of you.

I'm glad that my wife and I aren't the only ones experiencing issues. Their biggest screw-up was recent. They left her without her medication for a weekish. This was over a month ago, and she still hasn't been functioning the same (it's mental health meds) I don't typically write reviews, but it's necessary here. Her insurance prefers CVS, so we'd have to pay way more if we went somewhere else. I'm not sure if it's because they're understaffed, or people that don't care about their jobs, but it has to stop. One time we went to get her medication, and they were out of it but we were not notified. We had to plead with the pharmacist, asking if they had ANYTHING. And yes, they did. Why not offer that immediately? They were really just going to let my wife go without very very important medication when they still had a bit left in stock. Just don't go here if it will ruin your life if you don't take your meds on time. I do suspect that their workload is too high, so if you're a person that has the option to go to other pharmacies.. please just do it. I go somewhere else since I have the option. Some people have to go here 😭

They actually yell at customers about scripts. Lady did it tonight while we had doctor on the phone saying scripts were called in hours ago

This place is the absolute worst. It’s impossible to speak to a pharmacist without leaving a message and waiting for an hour to call you back. When they don’t return your call at promised and you call back it goes right through. Then when to talk to n somebody in the pharmacy don’t expect help or solid answers. If I didn’t rely on my medication to b survive this would be comical. Unfortunately they are complicit with my insurance provider and I don’t have the option of using another pharmacy. The people that with at the pharmacy are less than friendly when there’s not a problem. My level of hate for this place is off the charts, if be ashamed if I were management here.

The employees are helpful, they would probably be happier & more helpful if it wasn't so busy ALL THE TIME!, Toledo has empty old Rite Aid stores, like on Warnets corner, OPEN A NEW ADDITIONAL LOCATION!

This CVS is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, EVERY single time I go to the pharmacy (after getting a notification that my prescription is ready or calling them and asking if it’s ready) I get there and wait 30-70 minutes in line to get up front to be told that they “lost” it or that it was ready but they ran out of stock (magically). I have wasted so much of my time waiting on them just to let me down. I get businesses being busy and that they have other people they’re helping but it’s crazy that they screw up my prescription EVERY time. Avoid this location if you value your time and sanity.

I’m not going to give a shitty multi million dollar business my $4 for them to unlock deodorant. You can afford those losses, that’s pathetic. I’m not going to wait 20 mins for your underpaid employees to notice I need help to unlock $4 deodorant. Get real.

Went to the pharmacy counter, girl doing all the check outs was teary eyed, coughing, congested and more. Wasn't wearing a mask at all didn't hand sanitize or anything but was handing out everyone's meds. Very unhealthy, especially for a place handing out meds to those already sick, or older and compromised. I myself was getting meds for my immune compromised gf not a single care about her coughing all over everything

Sloooooow slow slow. Lines are always at least 30-45 minutes, inside or out. My insurance forces me to use cvs so I'm stuck. With all these rite aid stores closing they really need to open another local cvs to alleviate this insanity.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE For UPS drop off. I work and can’t make normal timed places and they told me they couldn’t take the package I had to return it had the label on the box and was taped up ready to go. I’m pissed. This is insulting that UPS doesn’t have anything close open a little later and we have to use these stupid stores.

This cvs is mad crazy. Long drive thru lines both of them. Inside chaotic long lines. If you can mail order your medicine and get it in your mail box.
