Poor service w/rude & Aggressive return policy!

Went to the show store and walked through the fragrance section. To my surprise it's not as exciting as it used to be. Don't know what happened. The Franklin Park Dillards seemed a little lifeless and so were the employees. Kinda concerns me since that was my favorite Dillards. Hope things change soon. Brighter and more inviting would be great. More colorful displays. The vibe has definitely changed

Well stocked but two different associates were not super helpful. I'm not a diva-I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot-but I was looking for something specific and they definitely didn't go above and beyond to help.

For being an upscale store it was a bit of a mess for a holiday weekend.
Perfume was absolutely overwhelming walking into the store. They had two up escalators working no down escalator so you were forced to take the tiny elevator. And there was nobody at any of the counters that we were looking for people

Dillard's is so high the same things that have you can find cheaper. Only go for certain things.
