The only good employee is Leah Ann, the rest of them are very rude and have a big superiority complex. Honestly if you’re looking for a friendly bank I would suggest Fremont federal or really any other one. They will make you feel small which is sad because they are staring at all your personal info.

Submitted an online form because no-one wants to talk to anyone anymore - no response and no response from bank by email. I went elsewhere....
