I came to do an exchange. I came with my receipt, the return merchandise, and found the items I wanted to exchange for. The cashier was friendly, kind, and handled the transaction in minutes. Even though the store was busy, I had a wonderful experience.

Has really good clothes just need bigger women size so I can get all 5 my children cloths there but very nice clean place

Not a bad h&m but I went there today 15 mins before close to make a quick exchange and they already had their gates closed? I worked at h&m in Columbus for 4 years and we were NEVER allowed to close early. Not cool guys.
