“A well curated vintage & secondhand store. They keep their eye on the vintage trends. For example, right now, Y2K is relevant in the fashion scene, so they will cater to that trend for now. They have various selections outside of trends as well. There's a lot of stuff under the vintage umbrella: They have a bridal section, antique beaded dresses, tropical shirts, toys from the 80's, etc. The staff is delightful. I park on the street across from the store. Last time that I was there I got a bunch of beaded necklaces & shiny broaches. I love them”

“The Salon at JCPenney's is huge. I would have loved to see the activity at the hairstylists' stations thirty, forty years ago. Today, we were walk-ins. We did have to wait for a stylist to finish a client and take a break. We could have waited on chairs behind the wall in the salon. We found nice chairs in mens' shoes next door. Once my sister got in the chair the man cut a nice short style. He was very personable. The manager was kind. We purchased hair products that were on sale, tipped the stylish, paid and left happy.”

I would say they definitely helped more than we expected.The quality of the clothing is good, and we felt the prices are reasonable.The young lady that helped us, Casey, was more than just an employee. It honestly felt like we had a personal assistant in the store. “It started with a pair of over the knee high heel boots I saw in the window of store 39. They immediately found my size -- perfect, adorable, comfortable, sexy. But then I needed an outfit, and I had no idea where to start. That's were Mya took over for me. I gave her absolutely nothing to go off of really. She asked about the event (I readily admit I was vague -- runway show with corporate mingling). I gave her my sizes. She asked what styles I liked and could wear, and my answer was anything and everything. I don't think I could have made it more difficult. Here's the impressive part. Everything she brought me I loved. EVERYTHING! Did I need a different size? She had it in no time. When I asked her what she thought, she was honest and gave great critiques. How should I wear this skirt? Mya had an answer. What color should I pair this with? Here's another top to try. All I really went in for was that pair of boots. I walked out with five skirts, two tops, three body suits, and that gorgeous pair of boots. I have never had such excellent service at any clothing store. She picked literally every piece I purchased. And I have never been that impressed and pleased with someone's taste. Mya was amazing! I am without question going back to this store again. If Mya is there, I will walk out with more than I expected and be damn pleased about it!”
