“Very good customer service. I would say they definitely helped more than we expected. The quality of the clothing is good, and we felt the prices are reasonable. The young lady that helped us, Casey, was more than just an employee. It honestly felt like we had a personal assistant in the store. She even added additional clothing options for my wife to try that she normally wouldn't have, but ended up very much liking them.It has made us genuinely fans of the store.Thank you.”

“Friendly staff. But quit trying to sell me stuff. First lesson of marketing, don't sell someone something they don't want. I walked into your store, I'm obviously interested. Bought what I wanted anyways, didn't buy what you pushed.”

“I was going to leave a review for Heather and Lenora who are always so helpful when I’m in, when I saw Miranda Wentz review. She’s clearly got a grudge against this location for another reason because you can see in the reflection, that Aeropostale has their store gate down as well. Miranda was either there before the store was open or after it closed and is upset because the store doesn’t exist for her convenience. I also work in the mall and she’s not the first person who doesn’t understand that the mall opens earlier than the actual stores for the benefit of mall walkers. But it’s unfair to give them a 2 star review. The people here are always so helpful and so nice.”

“My first movie here was Steven Spielbergs new ufo movie with Emily Blunt. I lived it. On the way in a saw lots of security and as a senior woman alone, that made me feel safe. In the mall, I found a vendor that actually had a phone case that fit my phone. It was hard to find.”
