The new general manager Michael has to be the nicest person I have ever met....the store looks so great and don't don't forget they have a fabulous full service beauty salon with alot of skill a d very reasonable process and they sell professional products like Matrix. Nixon..Paul Mitchell .Sebastian .and more !

JC Penney has lost the plot. Theyāre so worried about profits that they have made the consumer experience unbearable, and Iām done giving them my business. I could write a novel about my experiences with them over the past few days, but I will just say their online vs. in-store sales need work, and some of their customer service reps are great while others, like Ray-Ana who worked the afternoon shift on Saturday 12-7, need to be retrained on very very basic customer service skills. Extremely unfriendly, uncaring, and not willing to explain policies. The fact that I picked up multiple bags of online-ordered items and was told I couldnāt be provided a bigger bag to carry it all in, with no explanation why, was annoying enough. Then immediately being asked to āround upā $.95 for donations⦠how about use the money youāre saving on bags and donate that instead of looking to your customers to support your tax write offs? Their coupons have too many stipulations and fine print and are useless half the time. Iām over it. Rounding up is anything over $.50. Rounding up $.95? Get real.
