The staff is noted as the friendliest out of all home improvement stores and is helpful in finding items. The store is open conveniently. However, some specific items may not be available, forcing customers to look elsewhere. While things are somewhat easy to find, the store does not always have motorized carts available for those who need them. Customers are also often forced to use self-checkout, which is not great for customer service. Overall, it is about the same as every other Lowe's location.
