“I have NEVER not had fun in this store.
From bits-n-bobs, to thingamajigs, to specialty tools, I have outfitted A GOOD PORTION of my toolbox from Harbor Freight, and MANY of those tools have come from this location. I have not gone into the store and failed to find what I was looking for (unless, on a rare occasion, they did not carry it), and they back their products with guarantees and warranties.
They even allowed me to return a jack because it was too ungainly and heavy on one occasion... (it WAS also faulty, but, instead of MAKING me pick the same item, they allowed me to choose a new model, and even applied some-of the original discounts to the new one).
These people are friendly, they know their products, and they stand behind them, and sometimes ON THEM! (the nee jack would not go down without a counterweight 🤣🤣).
Anyway, aa long as I can turn a wrench, it will LIKELY come from HF!”

Results may vary. When the lady at the counter helps me, she is helpful, knowledgeable, patient. It's a good experience. When I come in, calm and quiet during a brutal day, the old men at the counter can't hear well and become ornery, belligerent, and disrespectful. The Toro Tmesaver mower is more of a Timekiller. It spends more time in repair than cutting. We took it out of the schedule. After less than 10hrs use and 2x in the shop for warranty repair, seems to be holding up. Seems like they fixed it. I like the twin blades. Less likely to bog and stall. I like and hate the variable push for variable speed. It adjusts well, automatically on the straightaway, but wastes time and steps on the turn bc you have to get up behind it to push fwd before it starts moving. Also makes it frustrating in tight places and makes you eat branches since you have to be behind. The service work is a mixed bag. Took them 2x to fix the root cause for burned belts. Goto the Stihl dealer in Blissfield if you want consistent respect and results. They work on everything. Why give a generous 5 star review for mixed results?”

“Visited the garden area of the store for Mulch. Charles was working that department and couldn't be more helpful loading our cart with all the bags we selected. We didn't have to locate him he was just there ready to help and even apologized for the wet bags as it had rained earlier. A definate keeper...very personable too !

“Great customer service for an international piping supplier. Most international suppliers don't seem to want to deal with customer service. They just want that big money, coming from larger business, that are going to make bigger purchases, for larger jobs. Buy they forget that those big business where at one point a small business as well. And the guys that are sent in there to do the purchases for these smaller companies may one day be the owner of one of the larger businesses or the parts guy that dose the ordering.... surely you get my drift by now. “Some stores become part of your routine. This Menards became part of my story.
I’ve been coming through this location for years during different seasons of life, and somehow Menards always seemed connected to projects, helping family, fixing things, and trying to make a home a little better than it was before.
Over time I’ve learned something: no store wins every category, and I still compare prices, but Menards has quietly become one of my regular stops. I’d guess 80–90% of my home improvement purchases eventually land here.
Pro tip: learn the 11% rebate strategy. Save rebate cards in a folder and stack them over time. One of my favorite homeowner moves is using rebate money toward another rebate promotion. Rebates earned with rebates still feels like a cheat code.
Funny how places change over the years, but some things stay familiar.

“Wow, greeted upon arrival. We went in looking for a small kids picnic table as we saw online for a holiday gift. After looking around we couldn't locate it. Ask a few ppl turns out they were up in the rafters and needed to get it down for us. They couldn't have been more happy to do it for us. Even the Manager took us up to the checkout to make sure we were taken care. I got better service here then I have at some restaurants in Chicago! Thank you Home Depot staff when we're back in town we will make sure to stop here for our needs!”

Then she loaded the wood we purchased, into the back of our car. My husband is in a sling from a recent shoulder surgery, so he was unable to do it himself. Carmella was so cheerful and kind. “Great place to shop if you know where everything is which is cool because I've been there so many times and doesn't seem to matter what state you are in they all seem to be set up the same. If you don't go there and don't know your way around well finding help can be very hard”
