“I just called Promedica on a whim after my MIL had an appointment with another center today. She fell on Thanksgiving day, has been in severe pain and unable to walk since. The other facility was able to see us sooner, so there we went. Her doctor suspects a hip fracture, ordered a CT scan, and the soonest she could have it done at that facility was 2 weeks from today. I decided to see if we could get her in sooner elsewhere, not even sure if that was a possibility. Denise took my call, answered all of my questions, and very helpfully found us an evening appointment in 5 days so we don’t even have to miss work to get here there. She was so kind and helpful! Denise at central scheduling is an absolute gem!”

“Came down to get my labs done after an appointment. Signed the sheet and pressed the button. Maybe 2 minutes later I was called back to do my labs. They gathered the needed information, drew the labs and sent me on my way. Took maybe 10 minutes tops. Very sweet lady. I forgot my water bottle and she actually ran out of the building to bring it back to me (pretty cold weather). As someone who gets very nervous around needles, this experience was great, and my lab tech just made it better.”

“Love this lab for blood work. I get drawn on the average of every 6 weeks.. sometimes more with 3 different Dr's asking. This is the only place where I get one poke. Many other places it'd two or three. I quit going anywhere else over a year ago and I couldn't be more pleased”
