“This is my favorite greenhouse in Toledo. Very interesting selection. I bought a Plumeria Tree from here years ago and love coming into see their mother plant. Owner and shop cat are super friendly. Wish I could give extra stars just for that! ⭐⭐”

“I called the store for the first time and spoke with Amanda who was very kind, friendly, and had excellent product knowledge. Amy was very kind too and billed my credit card over the phone. Scott picked out a beautiful Rose of Sharon for my mom and had it ready for pickup when I arrived and was so helpful, friendly and explained the planting instructions to me. Riley was very kind and brought it outside and very carefully secured it in my vehicle. The service from start to finish was amazing! “Visited the garden area of the store for Mulch. Charles was working that department and couldn't be more helpful loading our cart with all the bags we selected. We didn't have to locate him he was just there ready to help and even apologized for the wet bags as it had rained earlier. A definate keeper...very personable too !

“This home depot made it possible for me to successfully sand the floors in my OWE Queen Anne. Rental of the sander - dirt cheap. Explanation on how to use the particular sander was exceptional. Using measurements that I brought into the re tal store with me, he Mgr and helper made sure that I bought just the right amount of paper, too, and in the necessary, varying grain sizes. They also assisted me in finding the best brands of all necessary floor cleaning and post sanding prep items. Highly recommend. Equipment guaranteed and in great shape, also.”
“Wow, greeted upon arrival. We went in looking for a small kids picnic table as we saw online for a holiday gift. After looking around we couldn't locate it. Ask a few ppl turns out they were up in the rafters and needed to get it down for us. They couldn't have been more happy to do it for us. Even the Manager took us up to the checkout to make sure we were taken care. I got better service here then I have at some restaurants in Chicago! Thank you Home Depot staff when we're back in town we will make sure to stop here for our needs!”
“Even though there are closer places to have my yard equipment fixed (one is 3 blocks away), I travel from Perrysburg to have Art fix my stuff. He's awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and doesn't feed you a line of crap. The others back there a really friendly too. Good customer service is really hard to find these days, but Art is a pro! “Our favorite Home Depot is on Secor Rd., Toledo. We always meet the best staff, when we shop there. On 7/31/26, Carmella cashed us out. Then she loaded the wood we purchased, into the back of our car. My husband is in a sling from a recent shoulder surgery, so he was unable to do it himself. Carmella was so cheerful and kind. Thank you Home Depot for hiring friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff!!”
“Great place to shop if you know where everything is which is cool because I've been there so many times and doesn't seem to matter what state you are in they all seem to be set up the same. If you don't go there and don't know your way around well finding help can be very hard”
