“Jacob was absolutely an example of customer service, expertise and knowledge! I have been working with Sherwin Williams for over 35 years and they cared for their customers from the time I entered the front door. Tonight it was Jacob on Jackman road Sherwin Williams who redeemed the misconduct of the store I normally visit which is on Alexis Road I have shopped for 35 years . The young lady was rude, disrespectful and lacked knowledge regarding customer information to assist in past orders and how to help a customer with time to recover information. I have NEVER left the sherwin Williams on Alexis with this customer service!! I will be doing my business, personal and family business with Sherwin Williams on Jackman road !! I shared this story with my family and friends they were very disappointed because I was the reason they shopped Sherwin Williams in the first place instead of the other competitors.”
