PNC been a joke over the last year. They aren't honest and change up all the time with their "rules". After years of banking with them I am switching to Key bank as soon as my pending charges clear.

On hold for 45 minutes 9:20 am. I hung up to long of a wait. Went to a different bank they answered in 3 rings.

One of the most awesome and cheerful people that makes you glad you have an account there especially Dawn and Kathleen they are really interactive funny and genuinely want to help not that the others are they are really cheerful, it's just that I had the pleasure of interacting with these two and I'm glad I did.
