Jeff was by far the best representative of any company that I've ever rented from. I walked in & 4 minutes later I was out the door & on the road. The gas tank was full and the truck was brand new. He's the fastest on this side of the Maumee river. The Doc Holliday of dispatching rentals. Just say when. The man's a legend.”
“Kyle Butz was awesome! I had such a stressful morning! He got us a truck and storage unit fast and was super nice and funny! I asked him if he’s unload all of our stuff for us he told me “we’re called U-Haul for a reason” I said dang that’s a good one! Kyle has jokes!”
“Today I had the worst experience with U-Haul. I spoke with some young lady who was very rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there was no manager. I called back and spoke with Nay and asked if she would have the manager give me a call. Nay was very nice and helpful. The manager Mark called me back and explained to me with regards to my reservation. Just wanted to give a shout out to Nay and Mark who were very helpful.”
“The young lady (Briezanna w.)that helped me at the end of the day was great. I was completely clueless on what I needed but she took care of everything. Excellent service. The gentleman that helped me at drop-off (unfortunately, I’ve forgotten his name) was just as thorough. Great experience.”

“I’m not sure if they are family owned and operated, but it seems like it! Always deliver within 1-2 days of my request, and once even checked my tank when they were filling the neighbor’s and alerted me that our tank was at 20%, and offered to fill it right then. I am famous for letting my propane run out in the middle of winter, so that was appreciated!”
