U‑Haul Moving & Storage at I‑75 & Detroit has friendly, polite staff who make sure customers get what they need. Customers have been using the facility for a year and say the customer service is best and that staff work with what they have to help you. The store is nice and clean, and managers help iron out any rental issues. Customers find boxes easily and appreciate the helpful, professional help. Many say they will use the store again. Customers also note that finding boxes is easy and that the location is for moving and storage.

The equipment was clean but the truck felt as if it would stall out at any moment and the steering colum shook terribly when taking the expressway at 60mph. Robert was amazing.

Smoothest pickup and return ever. Vehicle in perfect shape and customer service by Desiree was stellar. I was so impressed with her that I actually tried to hire her to run my property management business and she just smiled and said “Thanks but I love this company”. She’s a keeper for sure.
