Absolutely amazing service, and the boots feel amazing getting home. Every grievance I've had with other shoes has been something Red Wing had covered in one way or another. If you need boots that will last a good long while, I'd say go to red Wing and have them fix you up!

I got Bootc from there about two months ago and I went in to get them looked at because the stitching went out and without question they replace them and took care of me. Thanks! This Red Wing specifically (father and son) are amazing people. So is Brian!
