“As somebody who has sold into MANY different US markets for 25 years, TPES I'd put at the top of the best I've worked with. From a consumers side, I'd say that every person I've spoken with has had nothing but good things to say about the service they've received from the guys in Toledo.”

“Great customer support. I didn't end up purchasing from Great Lakes Sports, but Dennis went above and beyond getting the obscure product information I needed for my Kettler tension tabs. Kettler charges so much for a minuscule plastic piece, I decided to fabricate something on my own.”

“I was in the store when the lady Betty tried to return the $110 Jacket. They brought the jacket in wet, with no price tag and expected the store to refund them. You could have at least dried it. I'm sure if it wasnt wet and still had the tags, they would have refunded it. I came in to return something because I bought the wrong size, and had no problem....and I left the tag on!”

“I tried out put Solutions on the recommendation from a friend. I went there in 2015 and had a difficult experience, and would never going to go there again. However now I will go there whenever I feel I need to have new shoes. Zach took his time with me, help me to understand what I need to wear. No pressure, you listen to everything I said, and did not push for the Orthotics, but told me to try them out for a couple weeks, see how you feel, and let's go from there. I call that excellent service. Yes, I will be going back to Foot Solutions, and Zack and I can work out whatever needs to be adjusted for the shoes that I bought. Thank you Zack, for taking over the store in 2016 and for treating customers like they should be treated. I will be back for another pair of shoes.”
