“Top notch service and very reasonably priced. I've imported two larger items from China by sea into the US. The first time I didn't use a customs broker mostly out of ignorance. I got through it but it was pretty confusing at times. This time I knew the value of a broker and used TWS, I was very glad I did. When it was all said and done their charges were $150 more then without a broker and it saved me a two hour round trip to the customs office. There are so many random documents, filings, bonds and fees that are all very specific to this industry and then there are fines from the government if you don't have everything in order. On top of that the language barrier on the other end can also add another major layer of confusion. But Stephanie was awesome and made the process very smooth, she answered all my emails usually within minutes and phone calls along the way.”

“I just dropped off a package (hearing aids). The young lady that helped was great for FedEx the customer. She asked sharp questions to get the info required. Not everyone in the store knew the info and worked quickly (except spelling the last last name).”

“No issues its a trucking company good and bad it is what it is. They operate semi and straight trucks and vans, company drivers aswell as contract drivers. The drivers facility is cleaned daily, break room, showers and laundry room, parking can be issue”
