“12/9/2025 @ 4 pm I had a big grill delivered to my house In Palmyra, Michigan and I tell you what the delivery driver was so sweet and idk his name but I have the date and time and I wanted to tell you guys what a amazing worker he is. I was at work and I talked to him through my ring camera and asked him if he could put it in my garage that I left it open for him. And he did that for me even though he didn't have too. I appreciate him alot!! He pulled it through some snow a little also. I tried to get it ready as much as I could for you guys but this snow keeps coming haha!!”

“Top notch service and very reasonably priced. I've imported two larger items from China by sea into the US. The first time I didn't use a customs broker mostly out of ignorance. I got through it but it was pretty confusing at times. This time I knew the value of a broker and used TWS, I was very glad I did. When it was all said and done their charges were $150 more then without a broker and it saved me a two hour round trip to the customs office. There are so many random documents, filings, bonds and fees that are all very specific to this industry and then there are fines from the government if you don't have everything in order. On top of that the language barrier on the other end can also add another major layer of confusion. But Stephanie was awesome and made the process very smooth, she answered all my emails usually within minutes and phone calls along the way.”

“Secure Drop box just inside the door. Had an indicator for if pickup has occurred or not for the day. Has relatively slim long slot for packages so may not accept square shaped boxes bigger than 5-6 inches. It's more for laptop shaped boxes and paper packages”
“I just dropped off a package (hearing aids). The young lady that helped was great for FedEx the customer. She asked sharp questions to get the info required. Not everyone in the store knew the info and worked quickly (except spelling the last last name).”
“Quick and easy to ship your FedEx packages! I already had mine boxed and taped up with a label so I'm not sure if they offer any of that as a service. I had a package that was under 2lbs, 14"x 8"x 7" going out to California and it was cheaper to ship with FedEx vs. USPS. (It all depends on your package size and weight. I had a similar weighted package but smaller box that shipped cheaper with USPS that time.)”

“Used to go to UPS on executive parkway but they are grumpy there's a huge line always and they couldn't answer a question I was told to ask them from att business. Only take my business here since then they're always friendly hardly any wait and they all know what they're doing”
