Good environment, fast wait time, lady just didn’t pay attention to what she was reading and got the address wrong. Total delay in delivery since it made it from Ohio to California and then was shipped back to be shipped again to California. It’s okay though we all make mistakes.

An employee named Emily is the most helpful person I have met in a long time. She was busy and still greeted me with a smile and was so helpful with a package that I thought I was going to have to come back after I repackaged it. We need more people like Emily in this world!
