Terrible service, misdiagnosed my phone, replaced screen, didnt repair correctly, screen failed again because of their misdiagnosis, now im out the money i paid and still with a broken phone, told me its not their problem

Fixed phone with incorrect screen then hung up on me when i called in with a question about it. I did not realize when i picked up phone as it was for my 11 year old daughter. When the case is on the phone it is not as noticeable but you can see the screen stops 1/4 inch before then end of the phone.
