Nice to see a small time ISP these days. If you email or call you get a real person not following a patronizing script right away who actually will talk to you as a normal person. The infrastructure runs on ATT lines(in NE Ohio) at least.

I called late at night in Houston Tx because the locale electricity Co. Disconnected my cable after replacing a pole. No help from the electricity Co at all. TOAST internet had a tech out the next morning. Within an hour, we had internet back. I WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE BUT TOAST.
