He was able to assist me while still providing help to others who needed assistance in person and by phone, and he did this while remaining polite, displaying knowledge of processes and products, and appearing calm, friendly, and helpful. What a delight to meet this fine T-Mobile employee and good human being!”

“Every employee at this location went above and beyond to help me with switching over to a new plan, purchasing a couple new devices, setting me up with WiFi, and fixing a technical issue today. I left after making my purchase and had to come back right at closing time because I was having some problems with my new phone number. When I came back right before close they treated me with the same warm, friendly, and helpful experience as when I walked in the door earlier in the day. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will not go to another T-Mobile location for any problems or future purchases in the future. Jon-Luke and Ray were the gentlemen that helped me primarily with the first visit and I couldn’t remember the third employee who was equally as welcoming and helpful. I was very impressed with my experience today.”
