I had a problem with a trailer. They didn't have a replacement on site. Tracy, the manager took his personal vehicle to another location to pick one up for me while I was on the way back with the other trailer so I wouldn't have to wait or go out of my way to swap trailers. Great customer service!

Picked a trailer up today stopped in in the morning before 8 o’clock was out in 1520 minutes. Everyone was very nice professional. Look forward to running from them again.

Find a different moving company !! It starts off at $19.99 and will end up at $110 Customer service this place has none worth talking about . No one knows what they are doing and you will be charged for their incompetence. The trucks are dirty and are wrecked I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY !!!!

I'm very unhappy with uhaul and the process they have for lock removal I do not live in the area and I was told by a lady manager after explaining my situation that I'd have to drive there to buy locks before she can schedule for a maintenance guy to come out . That makes no sense so than I would have to make 2 trips for a lock removal because I can't buy the locks and meet with maintenance on a scheduled day? I rate this service a big fat 0!!!!!

I had an overall great experience with the U-Haul Storage facility on Washington St. Downtown. The only thing is I wish I would've been offered to have some of my money taken off each month because my storage unit had a big pillar in it so I wasn't able to use all of the space that was in the storage unit.
