I was on hold for 15 minutes and than was hung up on. Calling from a provider office. Called back and is on hold for another 10 minutes and still no answer

Can’t seem to get a prescription filled to save my life….. doc says it’s cleared insurance says it’s paid Walgreens says insurance won’t approve insurance says it’s need approved, paid then Walgreens reversed…
