Started off good for the first couple of weeks. Now over a month later I lose service every single night for at least an hour. Last night it went down around 8pm and still isn't up at 5am.

This place...shame shame...shame on the so called manager!!!! She really should be so ashamed of herself!!!!I don't care if ur bill is 20 years late or 20 years early, when u make a payment to current it should be on and working, not try to make someone pay the following bill, THAT Isn't EVEN OUT YET, to have it on. And to threaten to turn it off a day prior to it's date bc I stand my ground to correct her wrongs!! Long story short, that place is horrid, horrid, horrid!!!! I wouldn't even give it one star however u have to choose one to make a review!

I've had JCC for about 5 years. Only the internet, I've only had a handful of problems. If another company comes in I don't think I would go with them. I'd rate them a 4 star.

Channels go in & out,also the internet service kinda sucks. I can't believe that they don't offer a DVR or on demand in Smithfield but do so in Toronto. Seriously considering dropping & going with someone else.

Haven’t had any issues with the internet yet (only been a month) but they added a previously unmentioned $95 install fee. If that gets fixed, I’ll update my review (assuming the internet stays stable).

The rudest customer service you will ever interact with. I literally cancelled an install for internet because of the front desk lady’s attitude. I’ve been told by two other relatives how rude JCC staff is and I couldn’t believe the treatment I received when calling just to get an email confirmation that someone was coming out Friday. JCC, you will probably get more customers and more business by hiring a friendlier staff as your voice for the company.

Worst Internet company out there! Customer service is terrible and yes you pay your bill each month for 30 days of service but only get 1/2 of the service your paying for!! I think her name is Debbie yeah she should be fired for her world class customer service!! ?

Always goes out , they always say it's the router .. it's usually their modems. Need to fix there problems or I'm discontinuing service. Way to much money, for the week or 2 it works outta the month.
