“My alternator gave out as I was driving thru New Lebanon on my way home, another 25 minutes away. I managed to pull into O'Reilly's and Mike went out of his way to help me test 2 batteries, gave me a boost charge so I could make it home, and helped take out and replace the battery in my car. Having had my hands in the works I asked if I could wash my hands and as I turned to walk inside, another young employee was already walking toward me with a cleaning wipe and some dry towels. That's what I call taking care of the customer. And, yes, I ordered my new alternator from O'Reilly's as soon as I got home. Thank you both for helping me out. You went out of your way and I really appreciated that.”
