“Place was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and polite. The only problem i found was the parking lot needs lines put on it as you cannot see the handicap parking spots. People are just parking anywhere.”

“The new layout on the store at S. Dixie Dr. in Kettering is amazing. It’s much brighter and neater and easier to find things after you get used to it. My only complaint is the parking lot. It is always a mess with trash blowing around. That should be cleaned up daily.”

“This is a smaller location which is great for quick pit stops to grab bread or eggs etc. Friendly staff. I would give 5 stars but the place needs to be better organized and isles could use TLC.”
“I went on Saturday night 3/28 and I wish I could remember the woman’s name behind the counter, but she was so sweet! She was extremely friendly and very very kind. Darker hair I believe and she might have had glasses on if I remember correctly, but just wanted to get on here and say thank you to her for her kindness!”
“The store has improved dramatically since last year. It used to be a total chaotic mess all thetime and was very difficuly to navigate. It's still a little messy, but nowhere near as bad. Getting through the aisles is much easier, and the staff is pretty nice now.”

“Every time that I visit this store I have a great experience the manager or assistant I'm not sure what her title is but she always greets me and other costumes and ask I there is any help finding items. BUT ... I do have a complaint she needs more help to keep this store running smoothly some of the other employees there are not a great fit for costumes services employment she can only do so much!”
