“I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and the service Sherwin-Williams in Englewood, Ohio. We purchased some paint and it should have been satin instead upon painting it was flat. I called the store and they had the manager, Brenden called me back because he was not in the store at that time. He called me the next day first thing in the morning and left a message. When I called him back, he sent someone immediately to the house to look at the paint, and after verifying he handled the Issue expeditiously. He returned my money for the cans that I purchased and upgraded me with two new cans, the same color but satin. He was very kind and so was the person that came to the house. He made everything quick and easy. I am extremely satisfied, and this is the only place I would go to purchase any paint in the future.
