“First of all, I've had items in this facility since 2020. I've been here through a few owners and CubeSmart is by far the best. The rates are lower than I've paid the last owners. The reason for my review however is Susan, the best and most understanding associate I have ever met. I've been thru injuries, hard times and most recently heart surgery for AFIB. Each and EVERY SINGLE TIME I've needed time to pay my bill she has been an understanding angel there to help. I don't know what id do without her. Susan is the best. Thank you ?.”
“Jeff was AMAZING he wasn’t annoyed at any of my questions and he educated me on the process because I was moving out of state. They were very helpful. Oh and Lucient is a pure SAINT he helped my husband with the trailer. You guys rock at Salem I’m going to miss Ohio! ❤”
