We had been to several dealerships before stopping here and we saw tons of cars that trash thrown inside, glove boxes falling off, and overall terrible taken care of vehicles for the same price. We ended up getting our son a very well taken care of vehicle that was clean and priced perfectly for the car we bought. They didn’t pressure us and gave her a good wash before we left. We will be back in a few years when our daughter needs her first car.”
“Had my car towed to NTA on Friday night after they were closed. Called them Monday morning. They looked at it that day. Told me it was a cracked radiator. They ordered a new radiator the same day , installed it and had my car ready to go Tuesday afternoon. Highly recommend!”

“Had to get a bunch of work done to my vehicle, oil leak (intercooler was leaking) as well as getting my Serpentine belt and tensioner replaced, my water pump replaced, and my timing chain and tensioner. Because they where already deep into the engine they replaced all my gaskets too. Including my exhaust and intake manifold gaskets, no extra labor costs. Just the part. They also do a Law Enforcement discount! Amazing place and I will continue to bring my car there for years to come!”

The transmission on my car stopped working and as a single mom of 3, I was worried beyond belief as I definitely need a working and reliable car! Ron came to springfield to tow my car, found an affordable and reliable used transmission for me and Installed the transmission. He checked my tires and filled them up for me. Put whatever the magic fluid it is that makes my AC work in for me. Gave my car an oil change and a new working keyfob. Getter's Automotive was kind, caring, fast, thorough, and AFFORDABLE. The communication was great and they made me feel like they weren't trying to find 1000 non urgent things to fix and charge me for like I've felt from other places in the past. My safety and the safety of my children felt like a top priority with them and I recommend them highly to anyone in need of help with their automobiles.”

“I came in because I had suspected a bad wheel bearing on my Miata. A friend of mine had recommended them to me because he had the same repair done on his Golf and he had a great experience. I am usually a little bit cagey about taking my car into a shop because of some the horror stories people say about mechanics. But these guys are top notch. They got me in next day and were super nice. Turns out I am a dummy and didn't check the lugs, which were loose. Kevin, the tech that looked at my car was super honest and very knowledgeable he even was talking to me about the characteristics of the specific tires I had on the car. The whole experience was great. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them in the future.”
