“We just bought our son his first car here. We had been to several dealerships before stopping here and we saw tons of cars that trash thrown inside, glove boxes falling off, and overall terrible taken care of vehicles for the same price. We ended up getting our son a very well taken care of vehicle that was clean and priced perfectly for the car we bought. They didn’t pressure us and gave her a good wash before we left. We will be back in a few years when our daughter needs her first car.”

“I have heard about Cyrious Automotive Repair for a quite some time and finally had the need to stop there. Travis was the mechanic and Bill (the owner) helped me with the estimate for my repairs. I have been having trouble with my car starting and finally got stranded and had my car towed to them. They were pretty busy but managed to squeeze me in and get me back on the road the next day. They did some testing and found out that my alternator failed and was allowing my battery to die.”

“I do most of the work on my own vehicles. I know a lot about vehicle repair. Knowing what I know makes it really hard to trust any mechanic shop or dealership. As I find myself more and more pressed for time, I am finding it difficult to stay on top of repairing and maintain my cars. This is the only shop I trust to take my cars to. Fred is an incredibly nice guy. But more importantly, honest about your car and fair with pricing. I 100% trust Fred at Ray’s tune up and recommend him to anyone.”

“I have taken my car there more than once, I have talked to Melissa over the phone and in person for booking appointments, she is very friendly, sweet, reliable, and honest. She is very thorough and there is an assurance she provides. Their prices are reasonable and honest and not too expensive at all! They are honest and great with their business, customers, and work they have done on my car. I can trust them with the work they have done and I will be taking my car here if there are any other issues. I highly recommend them to anyone, their reputation and business is good and honest, their work ethic is amazing, and their pricing is beyond fair and the cheapest I have ever paid for car repairs ever. They have NEVER been greedy or offered high prices for below the belt work. They have always called me with a price so I know what I am expecting and are prepared to help!”

“I stopped here seeking knowledge from the service area. A little knowledge on the Diesel Particle Filter and the regenerative portion of the whole engine. The technician was extremely helpful as was the manager, who honestly informed me that they didn't work on these engines. However, the technician knew enough details to be super helpful to me. Thank you for sharing!?”

“Jay is more of a sales advocate than a typical car salesman. If you intend on buying a car, he'll do everything he can to make sure you're taken care of. It has also been my experience that this dealership is very fair on pricing. In fact, they beat every other dealership in a 50mi radius by thousands. 10/10!”

“John the owner of The Car Medic did a great job on my Saturn Sky. He changed the MAP sensor, installed a new intercooler for my turbo charger, and welded in a new flex exhaust pipe between the catalytic converter and the exhaust. “Had to get a bunch of work done to my vehicle, oil leak (intercooler was leaking) as well as getting my Serpentine belt and tensioner replaced, my water pump replaced, and my timing chain and tensioner. Because they where already deep into the engine they replaced all my gaskets too. Including my exhaust and intake manifold gaskets, no extra labor costs. Just the part. “I had such an amazing experience at Getter's Automotive. The owner, Ron, assisted me begging to end. The transmission on my car stopped working and as a single mom of 3, I was worried beyond belief as I definitely need a working and reliable car! Ron came to springfield to tow my car, found an affordable and reliable used transmission for me and Installed the transmission. He checked my tires and filled them up for me. Put whatever the magic fluid it is that makes my AC work in for me. Gave my car an oil change and a new working keyfob. Getter's Automotive was kind, caring, fast, thorough, and AFFORDABLE. The communication was great and they made me feel like they weren't trying to find 1000 non urgent things to fix and charge me for like I've felt from other places in the past. My safety and the safety of my children felt like a top priority with them and I recommend them highly to anyone in need of help with their automobiles.”

“We purchased a 2021 Midwest Automotive Designs lux van with the help of Chris Todd. Chris and the team at Dave Arbogast could not have been more helpful with our needs. The customer service and follow up help that Chris provided was beyond what my wife and I could have hoped for!! We bought the van through the internet site unseen. Chris was there to answer any and all of our questions. Chris and his team arranged prompt shipping and made the buying process from hundreds of miles away easier than if we were sitting across the table from him. I highly, highly recommend purchasing any vehicle you are interested in from Chris and his team. The support after the sale has been almost as good as the hot sauce Chris sent us!! Thank you Chris, Shawn & Christine”
