“Fantastic customer service! Courteous, professional, fast, affordable – just great folks to do business with. If I lived nearby K&N would be my shop of choice. I was on I75 traveling from South Carolina to Michigan with my family and needed to make a gas stop. As soon as we hit the offramp at Piqua the “check charging system” warning came on. We filled with gas and found the nearest Advance auto parts hoping it was just the battery and knowing they could test mine and I could purchase one if needed. The issue turned out to be the alternator instead and I was SO not prepared to change an alternator in a parking lot on a sunny, 90+ degree afternoon. Luckily K&N was right next door! I walked over, explained our situation, and they jumped into action immediately. They installed a new alternator and had us back on the road in less than an hour-and-a-half and at a cost much less than I expected. “When my power steering decided to empty itself of fluid on my garage floor. I did not hesitate to call Trojan Auto Care! I met these fine people 1 1/2 years ago when I bought this car. They treated me and my Jaguar with the utmost respect, care and professionalism. I realized that these people are trustworthy and provide excellent service, so of course I scheduled another appointment with them. “Tim is excellent at what he does, and the most honest mechanic I've ever met. He saves all the parts he replaces, so you can see what was wrong with them. I've never had to take my car back there twice to fix a problem. Once it's fixed, it's fixed, and nothing else "suddenly" goes wrong, like I've experienced with some other shops. He doesn't automatically suggest that the problem is the most expensive thing to fix, also like I've experienced with other shops. If all you need is a $20 part, then that's what he fixes. He doesn't cheap out on his parts either. He might be a little bit pricier than other shops, but he's absolutely worth it. I've been going to Tim for a couple of years, and I'll never take my car anywhere else. Also wanted to add that his shop has moved, and he's now at 726 S Walnut St.”

“Very friendly staff(Update)After picking my navigator up from getting new tires, they told me I had other front-end issues which they explained I needed more front-end work done. I have never gone to a shop that actually was concerned for the safety of not only me but the safety of my family. They got me in a quick as they could and fixed everything that was wrong. Also for all of our safety they asked me to bring it back in 500 miles to retorque the lug nuts and even had me sign a paper for it. I won't go to any other tire place from now on”

The owner was super friendly over the phone, quoted getting my brakes replaced at a much lower price than others in the area and was able to get me in the same day for next day pick up. To my surprise I receive a phone call from the friendly mechanic, Eddie, 2 hours later that he and Bob got my car done and it's completely finished and ready for pick up! “I had a slow leak after hitting road debris so I pulled in to Grismer in Troy Ohio. Was told that it might take up to 2 hours to get to my car. The repair writer was polite and as I explained that we were an hour in on an 18-hour trip, he was empathetic was able to get my car in and repaired in under an hour! So appreciated this kind gesture by him and the other staff involved. Seldom see this kind of caring and personal concern with businesses today. Highly recommend for any tire related work!”

Fred is an incredibly nice guy. But more importantly, honest about your car and fair with pricing. I 100% trust Fred at Ray’s tune up and recommend him to anyone.”
“I’ve been using Paul Sherry’s service center for several years now and I’ve never been disappointed. I get convenient scheduling and quality service. I’ve never had a dirty car when I leave or subpar work. That means oil drips are cleaned up, greasy fingerprints are non existent, and my seat is always where I left it. Strongly encourage you to give the service center a chance to repair your vehicle or do scheduled maintenance.”

“These guys are the best in the country! I will tell everyone to come here. Needed to get a hotel and they drove me there when I needed to go back to the truck becuse I forgot something They came and got me and took me right back. The next day they had me fixed even saved me a few thousand dollars. Definitely recommend these guys if you are broke down in the western Ohio. Oh and they even gave my dog water and lots of treats.”

“If I could give 20 stars I would. I was on my way to Michigan from Cincy when my serpentine belt snapped. My roadside assistance said 3 hours for a tow. I called Hart’s they towed me 20 min later, the owner took me to lunch and let me use his office for phone meetings I had for work. Seriously. I was fixed up in 6 hrs by the boys. I’ll be stopping back to see them for any maintenance needs I have or just to BS.”
