“I was at my daughter’s house when the dashboard light came on that said the key fob had left the vehicle. After piddling around with it for a bit, I was finally able to get my car started and drove directly to O’Reilly’s in Piqua where I had the privilege of meeting an employee named Connor. I thought it was probably the battery in the key fob, but I had no idea what battery to buy or how to open the case of the key fob. So, without even asking, Connor took my key fob, replaced the battery and sent me happily on my way. I’ve always appreciated the customer service I always get when I go to the Piqua O’Reilly’s, but Connor rescued me with exemplary customer service! Oh! And I made it home with no more key fob dashboard messages. Thank you Connor!”
“Tony provided excellent customer service! I took my car to O’Reilly’s & the lady didn’t even know where the battery was in my car to test it, so I went around to advanced auto they tested my battery & said it was good but my car was telling me to pull over & leave the engine running. I took it to Piqua battery & Tony went right out tested my battery told me it needed charged & got it done! I will forever be a loyal customer thanks to his knowledge & excellent customer service.”
“Drop the battery off a few weeks ago to get it charged up then we got the snow storm and O'Reilly's misplaced the battery or send it for recycling.
Gentleman by the name of Brandon address the issue took responsibility and rectified the situation by giving me another battery I didn't have to ask he said it was the right thing to do.
I couldn't have agreed more and I take responsibility for my part and not picking it up sooner.
Great experience and management should be lucky to have someone like Brandon with great communication skills

“Had trouble getting my antifreeze cap off so drove to O'Reilly here in town to get help. I purchased the antifreeze and the sales clerk was very helpful in getting the cap off. He stayed outside in the cold with me until the antifreeze was was working in bringing heat thru the vents. I was so relieved. Thanked the guy who took the time to make sure I would be safe & especially warm.”

“Manager helped me a few weeks ago with/ my windshield wipers! He installed them and bent the one back into place so, I didn’t have to replace it- very nice guy”
