Clarence and DeVontae were superb from the first time we walked in till the last time we walked out. Such smiles and customer service can't be found in very many places these days. The vehicle was a pleasure to drive and was ready when we needed it. We called Enterprise for a rental car during an emergency one evening, and it was ready the next morning. The Enterprise facility in Troy, OH, is the place to go for your next rental car. We certainly plan to go back.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The team there and "management" are unprofessional and rude as can be.

I always go with Avis but gave Enterprise a go for a change and it was the worst experience. Customer service was nonexistent and they were not willing to accommodate our requests

They have no integrity. They gave us a vehicle with expired registration and a duct taped rearview window, so we got ticketed while on our vacation, we tried to call customer service to find a vehicle in the area that was similar to swap and customer service told us we would have to go to each location and ask ourselves, they couldn't help us. Upon returning the vehicle to enterprise the branch manager offered us a 1 free day rental. We later tried to use the card to redeem our one free day rental and they denied us. Saying that the employee who gave us the free day no-longer worked there and they were no longer honoring signed business cards at their location. So they offered us a small discount to try and appease us. We called customer service to get help with the situation since this was not an adequate solution. They escalate to the branch manager and notify the regional manager but no one called us back after over 30 days of trying.

I had a great experience at the Troy Ohio location. They called to make sure that I was on my way to the repair shop, then picked me up there on time. The insurance company did not issue a comparable car for me to drive while mine was being repaired. The staff made the calls to the insurance company and made this right for me . They even got me the exact same kind of rental car as my personal car. They were all very pleasant and professional! Thank you to the staff!

They told me to come between 5-530 to pick up my rental. Arrived at 520 and Cassie was in a hurry to leave. She told me the car i spoke with someone on the phone about wasnt available and was extremely rude. Thankfully someone else in the building was there to tell her it was here. She Was mouthy and rude when we were trying to document damage to front of rental vehicle before we took it.

Limited inventory, was given a almost 4 year old vehicle with 45k on it and 1/4 tank of gas. They were over an hour late picking me up as well. One of the staff members was friendly the others were not.

I had used enterprise as I got rear ended and my truck was at car star.I went to pick up my car after being told a month ago that my rental car would be ready for me this exact day at this exact time when I dropped my vehicle off next door. I showed up and they had no idea what was going on. Asked me to call the insurance company that was covering the repair. Schedule a whole new pick up. At this point I was way late for work. Then another associate has to finish the transaction. I was told I had to have rental insurance. Which I had through my insurance but I was under the impression the other insurance would cover. They asked for a card so they could put a $50 holding fee that I would get back when I return the car. Turns out they charged me almost $700. I went back the same day to get a refund and have the rental protection removed (which required inspection of rental) because I have full coverage from my insurance. Come to find out the complete charge still went through the next morning and half of my paycheck is gone! Inconvenient because now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my money back that should've never been gone. $700 is a lot of money for an adult who is a lower middle class worker with plenty of bills especially medical bills to pay. Very frustrating and super terrible for a customer.

Had to wait for over an hour to get my rental. And when I FINALLY did get one, they gave a full size Dodge truck. I drive a small Huyandai, partly because I appreciate the fuel economy of it and partly because I just prefer a small car. This rental is neither. Only one of the staff was courteous and apologetic, Clarence. The other staff was neither. If you have a choice, GO ELSEWHERE!

We had a rental through geico picking up on a Monday. We will just say there where issues size price out of pocket pay. I have to say Cassie made this go from highly irritated to smooth transaction out the door smiling. Thank-you for getting everything straightened out fast We greatly appreciate you.

F My wife and I had scheduled to pick up a car at 4pm today. Someone had hit her car and enterprise was rental place that they set up. When we arrived we were told they didn't have any cars available and didn't know when they would. Lady acted very snobb%
