I called the warranty company, they got everything going on their end. Had to go to the store with some info, Nathan was working, he got everything going to help me out. They gave me money for food loss and I now have a new freezer..Nathan went above and beyond my expectations to help me with things..I have had a few bad issues with Lowe's, but his efforts have really made up for them ...Thank you Nathan and Taylor”
