The service and quality went far beyond my expectations! The staff are friendly, helpful, and sell a quality product. I live out of state and they went the extra mile to make sure that my sister, who lives in Troy, received her shoes. ?

Can't remember the guy name that helped me. But he wasn't pushy at all. Helped me get show for my pf issues and I bought 4 pairs of sock that are super comfy and don't cut into my skin like my normal cotton socks. I will go back for other shoes. I do have a shoe problem. Just a little upset they didn't have the color I wanted in stock. But I was okay with the color I got.troy store was amazing .

Great place for all kinds of shoes. Walking, running, trail, and track and field. The employees will make your visit special. They spend a lot of time getting to know what you’re looking for, then analyzing your feet and gate to determine what would work best for you. They also have a great variety of accessories to go along with those shoes. I highly recommend stopping by either the Troy or Dayton store. You won’t regret it.

OUTSTANDING customer service from Up and Running in Troy! I was greeted and helped with the purchase of new running shoes and socks. From measuring my feet, to offering several options of shoes to choose, to suggesting the right socks ,and even sharing knowledge of nutrition. Hayden, in Troy, was incredible!!! My feet are much different after having one foot reconstructed. He measured and brought out five styles that he thought could work. And he even stayed 30 minutes after closing time to give me time to select what would work best. What a great experience. Yes, I bought the shoes! Thanks Hayden!

Was looking to purchase a pair of Oofos and this place carried them. They carry Hooka, On Cloud, Brooks, etc. The gentleman Matthew that helped me was very kind and pleasant as well as patient. Service was great. I didn't get the Oofos because for the price, and they material they are made with did not seem it would last long. Don't get me wrong they were comfortable, but just not durable at least not for me. Instead I got a pair of Power Step Fusions and they felt great on top of the sole materiel seems to feel and look as though it will last longer. No I don't have to drive all the way to Dayton or Fairfield for Hooka, that's awesome!

-First timer here-Great job, Up and Running (Troy)-Nearly immediately upon entry I was greeted by all of the employees working. Even though they were busy, they still made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Evan assisted me in my shoe selection. I appreciate how extremely pleasant my experience with Evan was. He was very patient, polite, and adamant about getting me into a shoe that I truly loved. He brought me 11 or 12 different pairs of shoes, all with styles and structures to ensure my stability, comfort, and support requirements were met. Not once did he sigh, seem frustrated, become impatient, or irritated with how indecisive I was. I must say it had to be the best experience I’ve ever had while shopping for shoes. I even got a pair of socks!!

Was able to get fitted for shoes and they were in stock. Very knowledgeable salesperson. No high pressure add on sales, was in and out quickly.

I need inserts for my problem feet. They always know and have exactly what I need. Also have lots of great athletic shoes and clothing.
