If there was a minus 5 star rating, that is what you'd get. I wasted a whole fucking day waiting for an item that was supposed to be delivered between 10 am and 2 pm .on 8/25/2023. Wow, if your normal driver isn’t working good luck at getting your packages. They do not even attempt to deliver.

Shipment was originally was scheduled for Thursday. As soon as I completed the order, delivery date changed to Friday between 10 am and 2 pm. It's 5 pm , still waiting.After several emails, 2 unhelpful phone calls... The shipment is still MIA.FedEx driver seems to be untraceable. Which I am almost certain that is untrue.
