Shipment was originally was scheduled for Thursday. As soon as I completed the order, delivery date changed to Friday between 10 am and 2 pm. It's 5 pm , still waiting.After several emails, 2 unhelpful phone calls... The shipment is still MIA.FedEx driver seems to be untraceable. Which I am almost certain that is untrue.

If there was a minus 5 star rating, that is what you'd get.
I wasted a whole fucking day waiting for an item that was supposed to be delivered between 10 am and 2 pm .on 8/25/2023.
The FedEx truck pulled up to my drive at 4:48 pm.
Three hours past the ETA. WTF!
The driver, whoever this POS is, stopped at the end of my drive, never got out of his vehicle, (I have two different camera systems monitoring my property), and he took off. I was in the driveway to accept the package, and the son of a bitch took off.
So then, we get a message saying that an attempt was made to deliver the item, but no one over the age of 21 was available to sign for it.
What a lie, and total bullshit.
I was standing in the fucking driveway waiting for this POS.
This driver, whoever he is, should be fired for, incompetence and stupidity.
This item is rescheduled to be delivered tomorrow 8-26-2023 and you better get it right this time.
Come to the fucking door, and ring the door bell.
I'll be waiting for you.
By the way! This is not the first time this shit has happened with your location. It happens way too often.
FedEx! Get your shit together, and hire better people to deliver the goods.
Totally unacceptable.
There should be, ZERO, tolerance for this type of service to your customers.
Not a good look for you FEDEX.
Not a good look at all.

How many times do you think you have to call customer service to add instructions to deliver no matter what, on a package where no signature is required? 3 and still counting apparently. The shipping was free and I still want a refund. Never use this service if possible, I would have drove out to Indiana myself if I would have known Twinsburg FEDEX was this helpless.

"Delivery service" is a poor description. 10 days past expected delivery date. Delivery instructions were to leave package at door, signed door tags were ignored. Location not open to the public and may hold package up to two weeks before returning to sender. You can't contact anyone here, I don't even know if this place or my package actually exists because it's an hour drive away.

The customer service is a joke. My delivery has been delayed again with no explanation and no way of finding out when or if I will receive my package.

Had to put a shipment through a local FedEx Print and Ship, which caused a delay with several orders. When we returned early and took off the delivery vacation hold, rescheduling commenced and two days later, the rescheduling info stopped with no new rescheduling dates. Been 7 days now with no new information. One of my husbands orders appears to have disappeared and FedEx listed it as lost. It's getting pathetic and just wrong that it's become as unreliable as it is. Figuring there's some theft ring imbeded in the depot and anything put on hold is stolen. Ready to get Twinsburg police involved or the state Attorney General!

Fed Ex lie about deliveries. There voice answering service is inept an full of decrepancies and makes reaching a live body extremely hard. My delivery has been at location since 6:27am but information posted has it still in transit. The last time I will use this company

Called FedEx to pick a package because they kept delaying it. Everything was set up and I drove all the way to Twinsburg the next day where the package was and they moved my package 30 minutes south of Columbus at 2 am knowing I was to pick the package up at 8 am. No one could help me there and I couldn't reach a live person on the phone. Didn't receive my package until three-day later.

This FEDEX facility is the worst of the worst. They do not deliver packages on time or weekends, specially on Sunday. Even your package tracking is scheduled to deliver on Sunday. Their phone automated customer service is a joke and useless and the facility staff is no where to find if you decide to pickup by yourself. Good luck if you want medicines or something time sensitive items to be delivered and if it happened to be the weekend delivery then better find something else like USPS or UPS. Now you know why they lost business to Amazon. This is not one time deal it’s a repeated experience. Ignore the one star .. they don’t even deserve a fraction. When purchasing please ask your merchants not to use FedEx for this Ohio region.

I have a note clearly posted on the front door "All deliveries to the side door please". It has an awning so packages stay dry. Today the driver threw the package in the mud(a rainy day) in the front yard by the front door that is not used, and it is very obvious it is not used, and before I could catch him he was back in the truck driving away. Not very observant. I would not use Fex Ex personally but it just happens the company I order from does.
