“Paul was phenomenal at helping me back into the office when I accidentally locked myself out. He knew which key to use right away and got me in. The only downside to the place was a not so good job of vacuuming the floors. Other than that, I highly recommend!”
“Brittany is always responsive and helpful.
I also appreciate the cleanliness and easy access to my unit.
I handle everything remotely with my phone, doors lock behind me so I feel safe In the evening if I’m there at night.”

“Peace and Blessings To You
The mechanic Tyler the Great absolutely is a working machine. He knew exactly what to do and even fixed it in the rain. Now that is somebody who makes a lazy man look real bad. He knew his stuff. Thank You Tyler. He is most definitely one of the best.”
“It was an amazing experience. Noah at the Streetsboro location is top Notch. Paul and Dan the moving helpers we got from The Uhaul website were amazing! Their business is called The Dump. They were on time and quick they had us moved in within 1.5 hours!”

“We've been delivering new units to this place for years. All weather all circumstances and honestly this is one of our favorites to take trucks to. Always friendly folks who never keep you waiting. A smaller place with a big smile. The manager and an employee even washed our incredibly road salted car to help us get on our way. Very much appreciated. Very much.”
“Had a nice Volvo to drive for a few days. Ran good pulled good and thank God all of that lane departure and radar crap was turned off. Only real complaints I have was poor maintenance on the truck. Lost the left front bumper going down the road. The skirting one the right fuel tank was loose. Tied it on with some twine. The two vents on the right dash were falling out. Check engine light came on a few times. Other than that nice truck. Shop needs to do better job in checking out their equipment.”
“I was low on fuel and I was stressing about reaching my destination and Zack and Jovany reassured me I'd be alright.theyre totally awesome guys...best I'm met yet through out all the fuel stations I been through, through out united states..great job guys!”

“Great service. Helpful staff at facility and through the Uhaul company. I had issues renting the truck (tried 3 times and app kept stalling out). Finally secured truck after logging onto the app with a user account and better WiFi signal. Overall 5 star experience.”
