“My bank (huntington)deposited a check from my neighbor to wrong. They took $600 too much. WE CAUGHT IT and notified them, 6 days later they write a letter saying THEY(huntington) caught it and fixed it. They took it back out but never returned it to my so neighbor went Lori at CSB. She called Huntington and waited on hold to talk to someone from who knows where and then 3 way called me AFTER the lengthy wait. Lori was absolutely kind and polite in a situation where they have no fault. I will inquire about changing banks.”

She was very accommodating and asked me about just about every aspect of my working with chase to make sure I was satisfied. She even got me a replacement card next day shipped since I mentioned my current card was damaged. I will make every effort to work with her again if I am in need of future chase services.
