“How nice to deal with such a reputable business. A relative has been a long time well taken care of customer of Action Towing, so when I felt a slight vibration while braking in my Ford Ranger I took it in for a diagnosis. The problem is warped rotors on the front wheels, and while they could have said I need new brakes right away, as I’m sure a dealership would have done and I would have believed because I don’t have the knowledge to know otherwise, they said I might want to wait to replace everything since the brake pads also have to be replaced when replacing the rotors and mine are still perfectly good. As long as I don’t mind the slight vibration I can wait on replacement until the brake pads are worn further. How refreshing. I will be taking my truck there for all of its future needs and I will be recommending to family and friends. We need more businesses like Action Towing and Repair.”

“I had such an amazing experience at Getter's Automotive. The owner, Ron, assisted me begging to end. The transmission on my car stopped working and as a single mom of 3, I was worried beyond belief as I definitely need a working and reliable car! Ron came to springfield to tow my car, found an affordable and reliable used transmission for me and Installed the transmission. He checked my tires and filled them up for me. Put whatever the magic fluid it is that makes my AC work in for me. Gave my car an oil change and a new working keyfob. Getter's Automotive was kind, caring, fast, thorough, and AFFORDABLE. The communication was great and they made me feel like they weren't trying to find 1000 non urgent things to fix and charge me for like I've felt from other places in the past. My safety and the safety of my children felt like a top priority with them and I recommend them highly to anyone in need of help with their automobiles.”

“It's where I always stop and get my gas or my convenient needs it's a great place to go sometimes you got to pedalers out there asking you for money but that's any work cuz there's so many homeless people in the world I try to make sure I always have something to give them they're always pretty nice to you for the area it's in it's the best gas station in the town I'll Trust their gas better than anybody else's gas in my automobile”

“This company answered the request to tow a broken down C6 corvette via Cincinnati Insurance Co. The driver arrived much faster than the anticipated time given initially. His name is Darryl (spelling?). He knew exactly what to do to get the vette with a broken shifter cable off of the driveway apron and onto the flatbed, properly. The tow location had to be changed after the tow was requested and he also took care of that easily. More easily than the Insurance company could because they were no help. I would recommend this driver and I would use this company if I could have this driver.Service: Special vehicle towing”
