“Great office and very friendly. But I do not like the change they made to the answering service. I understand that offices get busy so having a centralized call center might sound like a good idea but it gets really frustrating when I need to reach someone AT the office and can't. A call that used to take 30 seconds now takes 5 minutes. Not necessarily Patient First thinking”
